Privacy Policy
1. The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor to the website xtreme-games.gr (here in after DT) is subject to the terms of this Personal Data Protection Policy as well as to the provisions of national, community and international law regarding the protection of individuals from processing of personal data, as applicable. The Ministry of Digital Governance (MDIG) reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data, in accordance with the applicable relevant legal framework. Accordingly, these privacy terms may be revised and updated at any time and without notice.
2. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). From 29-08-2019 the Law 4624/2019 (Government Gazette 137 A') is valid and applied in adaptation and harmonization with the General Data Protection Regulation of 25.5.2018 (EU 2016/679, as well as the Directive (EU 2016/680 ) of the European Parliament, which strengthens the framework for the protection of data subjects, with regard to the processing of personal data in the European Union.
DT, with respect to personal data, complies with the General Data Protection Regulation and the current national legislation in the context of its activity and purpose and takes the foreseen and available technical and organizational measures in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Greek legislation by extension. 3. Personal Data in DB. The OCSD collects personal data of the visitors of the DB, only when the users themselves voluntarily provide it in order to register for actions such as the sending of a Newsletter. Personal information is information that can be used to identify or contact an individual as well as other information relating to that individual.
4. Statements. YPSD will not make available for sale or otherwise transmit or disclose personal information of the visitor of the DB to third parties, without the consent of the visitor, with the exception of the application of relevant legal dictates and only to the competent authorities. The OCSD may process part or all of the data sent by visitors/users for statistical purposes and to improve the services provided - information of the DB.
5. Cookies. OCD may collect identification information of DB users using corresponding technologies, such as cookies and/or Internet Protocol (IP) address tracking. More information about the DT Cookies Policy is provided in the relevant section.
6. The DB may include links to other websites which are under the responsibility of third parties (natural or legal persons). In no case is the owner or administrator of the DB responsible for the personal data protection conditions that these websites follow.

9. The visitor can contact the Data Controller in order to exercise the rights provided for in the current European and national legislation, such as that of information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability and opposition. The visitor has the right to refer to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), which is the competent supervisory authority for the protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons against the processing of the subject's personal data.
